It all began when fools gold was released. Im too young (17 years) to remember everything but my older sisters were really into that kinda music. I wasnt really into music at that time but i remember the song beeing played over and over again by my sisters together with "The only one i know" by the charlatans and primal screams "loaded". 

I forgot the roses after that and didnt hear anything about them until one day in a swedish tv-channel ZTV. There was a commercial saying " While waiting for The Stone Roses - ZTV". I suddenly remembered everything. I heard "love spreads" and thought it was good. I bought the cd and later i got "the complete sr". I and that was it, im totally hooked on the band. Ive never seen them live. 

But they are the best band ever.
